workouts & equipment

Classes last no more than an hour but can let out as early as 45 minutes after class starts.

You need a mat and dumbbells for your workouts. 
​
​Your KYA trainer will provide jump ropes and mini bands. Other equipment is shelved while we’re dealing with the pandemic.
