Classes last no more than an hour but can let out as early as 45 minutes after class starts.
For this summer's workouts, you need to bring H2O, a mat. I'll provide bands of all kinds and strength training straps.
Your KYA trainer also provides jump ropes, resistance bands, power wheels, medicine balls, stability balls, abs wheels, suspension trainings straps, kettle bells, a battling rope and power bands for your workouts.
